All orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our Perth, WA base via Australia Post, with full tracking provided. Custom-made items may take longer—see product pages for details. You'll receive tracking updates via email and SMS. Deliveries are set to Authority to Leave by default, but you can update preferences once your tracking link is active.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping with full tracking via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. Rates start at $20 AUD for New Zealand and $29.00 AUD for other countries. Once your parcel clears customs, it's handed off to your local postal service for final delivery. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
At Safety Products Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return policy on all items, provided they are returned in their original, resellable condition - unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Conditions
Original Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with no signs of wear or damage.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to items that are not returned in clean, re-sellable condition or require re-tagging or re-packaging.
Return Process
No need to contact us first — just complete the included return form with your name, order number, and reason for return, and include it in your package.
Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, in which case we’ll cover return shipping.
You may reuse the original packaging if it’s in good condition. Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Returns are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your parcel.
Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be returned to your original payment method. Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order after initiating your return.

MISSED DELIVERIES
For orders within Australia, if there's no safe place for Australia Post to leave the item, they’ll take it to the nearest Post Office.
You'll have 10 business days to collect it before the item is returned to sender. When you collect a parcel from the Post Office, they’ll ask you to show ID proving that you're either:
the person it's addressed to (the 'addressee')
Someone who's authorised to collect on the addressee's behalf
Orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to pickup a missed delivery from the post office will incur a redelivery fee of $8.95. If you choose to have your order refunded instead of resent, Safety Products Australia will not refund the initial freight charged (If any.)
